Initial 2023 USACE Design Alternatives

    The Homer Harbor Expansion Study initial array of alternatives were rolled out at a public meeting on September 23, 2023; below you’ll find the rating criteria against which the alternatives were measured and either screened out or moved forward for further analysis. The refined alternatives were available in March and April, 2025 for public review and comment.
